AS AN ARTIST, I WANT TO CREATE.

When I auditioned for the Walt Disney Company in 1999, I already had years of on-stage experience in my shoes. Fortunately, I nailed the audition and was soon performing for thousands of people every day at Animal Kingdom in Orlando. After a season, the imagineers decided my background as a native of the SC sea-islands, as a multi-instrumentalist, as a southern storyteller, and as a conjurer, all made me more suited for their exclusive Disney resort on Hilton Head Island.


For a performer, the dichotomy between Orlando theme parks and a Hilton Head resort is night and day. There, the audience changes at every show. Here, the same guests return to every show, every day, all week long!


I met the challenge by creating new, fresh acts with different themes for my sea-island role. Tall tales, Americana folk tunes, southern legends, sea-stories, Civil War anecdotes, original magic shows, clever mindreading, etc. Twenty-five different shows every week for over two decades. No other Disney performer in history has ever accomplished that.


All this is to say, I am a flexible performer who can easily adapt to your needs and venue.
